We belong to hebbar Srivaishnava Iyengar family and we are originally tamil speaking hindu Brahmins. Since we traditionally follow the receipies of these spices from our ancestors, we understand what it takes for woman to prepare all these spice powders at home from scratch. Even though we have exact measurements of ingredients for these spice powders from our mother/grandmother, the taste doesnt seem to come right! After an entire day's hard work of dry roasting them and grinding them, if the taste doesn't turn out to be right it's a bummer! You take all the hard work upon you in preparing these powders just to avoid buying them from outside where there are preservatives used and not being fresh. At the end of the day family's health is all that matters, also in addition to make the food taste best. Keeping all these in mind, we are going to step into your shoes and make these products fresh at home and also give a taste of your mother's or grandmother's recipe.
