Ingredients:

Tamarind pulp, Guntur chillies

Storage & Handling:

Empty the contents of the packet into a air tight container. Keep the container closed after use and refrigerate it. Always use a dry spoon. No preservatives added.

Puliyogre Preparation:

Preparation time – 20 Min
Cook 2 cup rice with turmeric powder and take that to a large bowl.
Dry roast and grind black sesame seeds. Keep it aside
Now add 2 tsp puliyogare gojju, 3 tsp mensin pudi to rice and place the curry leaves on top.
For tadka
Add groundnut oil,1 tsp Mustard seeds,2 tsp Groundnuts ,3 Red chillies
Pour the tadka on top of curry leaves and now add desiccated coconut and salt and mix well

Tips : While grinding the roasted black sesame seeds add asafoetida as well.
